Le logement est situe dans un secteur paisible en bordure de l'eau. A proximite, on retrouve plusieurs parcs, pistes cyclables, ecoles, commerces, epiceries, restaurants, transports en commun ainsi qu'un acces rapide aux principales voies routieres.
Le locataire devra fournir, au plus tard a la date de prise de possession du logement, une preuve d'assurance habitation comprenant une assurance responsabilite civile d'un montant minimal de 2 000 000 $.
La location a court terme, incluant notamment les locations de type Airbnb ou autres plateformes similaires, est strictement interdite.
Toute cession de bail ou sous-location devra etre soumise au locateur et obtenir son approbation prealable conformement aux dispositions applicables du Code civil du Quebec.
Le locateur se reserve le droit d'exiger et de verifier les informations necessaires a l'analyse de toute demande de location, incluant notamment la verification du dossier de credit, des references, de l'emploi, des revenus, des antecedents au TAL ainsi que toute autre information pertinente permettant d'evaluer la solvabilite et la capacite du candidat locataire a respecter ses obligations.
Si le locataire souhaite louer un stationnement au coût de 100$ par mois, des frais annuels additionnels de 166$ seront applicables pour le déneigement.
